What material is the cleaning kit best used for?
The Sneax cleaning kit is best used on Leather, Rubber and Vinyl. Our cleaning kit also works on Nubuck, Knit, Nylon, Canvas and Mesh but please use caution with these materials and we don't recommend using the brush as they are more delicate materials.
Does Sneax offer individual bottles of solution?
At this time we do not. We are absolutely looking into that and we will announce when they product line is available!
What is the proper process to using the Sneax Cleaning Kit?
For best results:
1. Wet the brush with a little warm water.
2. Add the cleaning solution to the brush.
3. Dip the brush back into the warm water.
4. Brush shoes in circular motion to create foam.
5. Clean with the towel until satisfied. Repeat previous steps if necessary.
6. Allow to dry well.
How many wipes are included in a box?
The Sneax Cleaning Wipes box comes with 30 individually packaged wipes. They are designed to be on the go with you, wherever you are!
Can the wipes clean off a tough dirt spot?
The Sneax wipe has 2 different sides. One side has small plastic beads designed for breaking up the tough dirt spots and the other side is soft for the easier cleanings.
How do I use the Sneax cleaning wipes?
For best results:
1. While on the go! Tear the package along the cut line.
2. Use the plastic bead side of the wipe for the more difficult dirt or stains.
3. Use the soft side of the wipe for basic clean up and the easier dirt.
4. Allow to dry well.

No, we only sell our wipes in boxes of 30.
What material is used to make your crease protectors?
Our crease protectors are made from thermoplastic rubber this makes them sturdy enough to hold form but soft enough to maintain comfort while wearing!
What crease protector sizes are offered?
We offer small and large sizes!
Small fits men shoe size 3.5-7 (US)
Large fits men shoe size 7.5-12 (US)
Small fits women shoe size 5-8.5 (US)

What crease protector colors are offered?
We offer black and white colors! Our crease protectors will come with two pairs, one of each color! All you need to do is pick your size!
How do I insert the crease protectors?
If possible remove insole and slide crease protector all the way to front of the show, then reinsert the insole. If insole is glued, place in toe box on top of insole. The cutout side is for outside of shoe and the sneax logo should be on the arch of your foot. If the fit isn't perfect please use scissors to trim until feel is right! Once properly installed you should not feel the crease protector.
What is the reason for Sneax shoe trees?
Shoes trees are actually one of the best items for a shoe collector to own. When your shoes sit for awhile they lose their form and behind developing wrinkles and cracks, think about your Nike Air Jordan 1s that have sat for months or years. Sneax shoe trees help your shoe keep their form and prevent damage to the material. Also for shoes like Yeezys the shoe trees will stretch the toebox while they are sitting. Yeezys are notorious for having a flat toebox and can be uncomfortable to wear. The Sneax shoe trees solve that issue and make the toebox much taller!
What material is used to make your shoe trees?
Stiff yet flexible plastic for the heel/toebox end and metal spring for the arch area.
How do I use the Sneax Shoe Tree?
For best results:
1. Slide toebox end all the way to the front of the shoe
2. Bend rear section of shoe tree into the heel of the shoe
3. Adjust toebox to make sure correct pressure is all around the shoe
Is there a left and right shoe tree?
YES! Make sure the "flatter" side of the shoe tree is facing the inside.
I hear a clicking sound when bending the Sneax Shoe Trees, is something wrong?
Nope! This is completely normal. During manufacturing the powdercoat tends to stick to each coil on the spring. After the first few uses you will no longer hear that clicking noise.

We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address or phone via text when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via firstname.lastname@example.org, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll dispatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I alter my order?
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten business days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to this delivery cost option table during checkout to check the postage fees for different destinations. If your order value is more than $50, we provide FREE shipping within the United States!
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails and/or text, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, FB Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay methods. Finally, we also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three to five business days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
What are the payment terms?
For our consumers, payment is due during order placement. Once payment is received in full, we will fulfill the order.
For our resellers, who purchase in bulk, we will honor NET-30 terms. Payment must be paid in full before another order can be placed.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest matches and returning the one that doesn’t fit.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Providing the return is within the 30-day period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three to five business days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Sneax is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Our entire operation is housed in Washington state and all shipping comes directly from our office. We do not dropship as quality, customer service and urgency is very important to us.
